Recommendations:

Each capsule contains:

Psyllium Hydrophilic Muciloid, Grapefruit Pectin, Oat Fiber, Beet Fiber, Carrot Fiber, Fructooligosaccharides (FOS) (from Jerusalem artichoke), Prune Fiber, Ginger Root Extract 6.5:1, Fenugreek Seed Extract 4:1, Goldenseal Root Extract standardized to contain 5% total alkaloids including berberine, hydrastine, and canadine, Chamomile Root Extract, Marshmallow Root Extract 4:1 (mucilage content 30-40%), Aloe Vera Extract, and Casanthranol.

Contains no sugar, salt, yeast, wheat, corn, soy, dairy products, coloring, flavoring or preservatives.
