This remedy relieves sneezing, itching in nose or throat, itchy or watery eyes, runny nose, nasal congestion and headache due to sinusitis, hay fever, upper respiratory allergies or the common cold. 60 chewable tablets

Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 2 tablets every 4 hours 3 times a day (chew and dissolve in mouth), or as directed by your physician. Children under 12 years: Consult your physician. Avoid caffeine, menthol, peppermint, and food one-half hour before and after taking a tablet.
