Directions:

Adults and children 12 years and older: 20 drops in 3 ounces of water in the morning, afternoon, and just before bedtime, or as directed by your physician. Children under 12 years: Consult your physician. Avoid caffeine, menthol, peppermint, and food one-half hour before and after taking a dose.
